Your school set a dismissal window with a time to start queueing (OPEN), a bell time (STUDENTS ARE RELEASED), and a close time. The app will only request the release of the student AFTER the OPEN time. If you arrived too early, the app will NOT queue the student. Please keep the app open until you see the status under the student name change to “Queued by….”.
