When you go to school to pick up a student, please open the app so that it can notify the school when you arrived. The app will automatically do it for you, back you can also click “Release Students” to force a new attempt.
If you click on “Release Students”, you will see a screen telling you what the result is. If you are within the location of the school and within the dismissal window, your student will be queued. Otherwise, you may receive a message as shown below:
