Clicking on SIGN IN in the Activation Email brings you to this page!
The problem is related to certain versions of the email program and the phone’s operating system. We are working with them to remedy this, but the following is a way to bypass the problem:

1 – Open the Activation Email in your phone
2 – Go to Step 3 and PRESS AND HOLD the SIGN IN button until a Copy Link pop-up appears.
3 – Copy the Link
4 – Open a browser and PASTE THE LINK
5 – This should resolve the problem

You cannot find the Activation Email
If the app tells you it sent the email, please check your spam box. It may be trapped there.
You are a Registered Parent or Guardian and cannot login to the app
If you are registered as the parent or guardian of a student:
1 – Use the “Student’s Parent or Guardian” section of the app.
2 -Enter the email you gave the school – if the app tells you the email is not found, please call the school to find out which email they have
3 – Click REQUEST LOGIN LINK
4 – Using your phone, open the email your received and go to step 3.
You are an Authorized Driver and cannot login to the app
1 – Use the “All Others” section of the app.
2 -Enter the email registered with and your password – if the app tells you the email is not found, make sure that the email is correct.
